VMD bills orders based on their correlation to a listing, not the number of physical units on a property.
- Multiple Units, Multiple Listings: If a multi-family property is being marketed as separate listings, VMD will treat each listing as its own separate order.
- Multiple Units, One Listing: If a multi-family property is being marketed under a single listing, VMD will treat the entire property as one order, subject to:
- Photos: Capped at a maximum of 50 photos per order.
- Square Footage Overages: Calculated using the combined square footage of the entire property (all units).
- Video Time On-Site: Will not exceed the standard time allotted for a single-family home of comparable total size.
- 3D Tours: Processing fees would apply for each individual tour upload.
- Floor Plans: Processing and formatting fees may apply if floor plans must be broken out by individual unit.
