For the best results, it is important that our
photographers/videographers have a “photo ready” property to shoot. VMD field
operators are not responsible for prepping the home and have been trained by
management to shoot the property as is. This is to ensure everyone's safety and
limit our clients liability to any unforeseen incidents. Our field operators
will advise clients on "reasonable staging" recommendations - based
on what they are seeing through the lens.
Photography/Videography preparation is the responsibility of the
client. We encourage our clients to review the photos/video clips with our
field operators on-site to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction. For
