only accept debit/credit card as a form of payment. VMD currently does not
accept any form of online payment. We have a secured option to keep your card
on file or you request a one-time payment over the phone by contacting VMD
staff at 888-787-4498.
Our
field operators are not equipped to handle forms of payments and we do not
accept cash/checks.
