We price our floor plans and Matterport tours with square footage thresholds of 2000 sq ft.
For properties that are over this threshold,
you will be billed overage fees of $25 per every 1000 sq. ft. over.
For example: If your property is 3200 sq ft, then you can expect an overage fee of $50.
If the total square footage of your floor plan redraw exceeds the threshold of 4000sf, you will be billed overage fees of $10 per every 1000 sq ft over.
