Exterior photography is billed as a separate appointment and
will not be credited towards any future services that you receive from VMD. We
do not compensate "Exterior Only" photoshoots due to poor weather.
For "Exterior Only" photography sessions, please make sure that all
cars are out of the driveway and the front/backyard is prepped for the
photoshoot. That means, toys are put away, patio chairs are set up (with
cushions - depending on your preference), umbrellas are up, and garbage cans
are off to the side of the property.
Important: VMD photographer/videographers are not responsible for
prepping the exterior of the home. If you are unsure that the property will be
prepped to your liking, then please make sure to meet the VMD field operator at
your appointment to prep the exterior.
