Matterport billing is calculated by the square footage of the
total scanned space. If you're receiving a floor plan with a Matterport and
have unfinished spaces scanned, then you will be billed for the unfinished
spaces as well.
Each Matterport package has a square footage threshold of 2000sf. If you exceed that threshold, then you will be billed $25/1000 square feet over.
For example, if the final Matterport Tour is 4200 SF. You will be billed an additional $75 for that tour.
