Detached garages are included as part of the standard photography package for the primary listing at no additional charge, provided they are within normal shooting range of the main dwelling.
Detached garages are not eligible for floor plans or square footage billing under this policy, as they are not considered livable/marketable square footage.
If a client requests interior photography, video, or a floor plan of a detached garage that has been converted or is being marketed as livable space (e.g., a converted garage apartment), it will instead be evaluated under the Carriage Houses/Additional Dwellings policy above.
