Virtual Tours Explained
We offer both Matterport and Zillow 3D tours for our clients. Zillow 3D is more of a basic 3D tour. The on-site process is fast and cost-effective. Matterport is more of a robust 3D experience. It is highly customizable and extremely detailed.
Our Process
Book Your 3D Tour
Our scheduling team will work with you to arrange for one of our 3D Tour operators to visit the property. Zillow tours usually can be done in less than hour, while Matterport tours can take between 1-2 hours - depending on the size of the property. An email and text confirmation are generated to confirm your appointment.
At Your Appointment
Upon arrival, the Tour operator will move throughout the house, scanning each room. You will let the operator know if there are any rooms or areas not to be scanned. It is important to have the property “show ready”. Once complete, the scans are uploaded for processing.
