You
can download your photos directly from the delivery email that is sent to you
or by accessing the Client Portal. Clicking the Dropbox link in the body of the
email will bypass having to log into the portal to retriever your materials.

Step 1: Open the VMD delivery email and click on the Dropbox link
Step 2: The link will
open a new window to access the Dropbox which holds your materials. To download
all materials, click 'download' at the top. To download a specific folder,
click on the folder first and then click 'download' at the top of the
page.
Step 3: After you've clicked
download, the file will go to your download folder on your computer. Locate
this folder on your computer to retrieve the materials. The folder will appear
as a zip file (condensed file).
Step 4: To extract the files
from the zip folder, see below.
Mac: double click or
right click on the file and select 'open'
PC: right click on
the file and select 'extract all'
Step 5: The
"unzipped" folder will be in your downloads. If you need to move this
folder to a different location on your computer, you can click and drag the
file to its new location.
