If you need to request edits for your floor plans, please submit
your changes using the conversation feature within the Client Portal. You can also
email your edits to orders@vmdpros.com.
Requests for edits will need to be received by 2:00pm that
business day in order to deliver the revised floor plans the following business
day.
Turnaround time for standard label edits is 1 business day from the time the request has been received. More extensive edits, such as structural changes, may take longer and turnaround time for these edits will be advised by Graphics Support.
